RIOT: Civil Unrest Review

Imagine it’s a cool December afternoon in Italy. You and several hundred others gather together with signs in hand and a plan to push into a police-guarded construction camp by nonviolent means in protest of, what you believe, to be a frivolous and unnecessary high-speed transit line. As your legion approaches the gates they are met with riot-gear-clad police bent on pushing you all back. Do you urge your comrades to push through nonviolently, or do you consider the possibility that you may need to fight your way in, whatever it takes to get your voice heard?  Welcome to our Riot:

Trials of the Gauntlet Review

Trials of the Gauntlet is a game that originated as a midterm project for a group of students at Full Sail University. Unfortunately, while the effort was there, the end result is just a clunky mess.Let's go over the bad/annoying parts first - Frustrating controls. Wartile Review

I’m not usually one for tactics games because I consider myself a simple (read: dense) man, and so the term ‘tactical’ doesn’t really pique my interest that often. But Wartile also has the word ‘war’ in the title’, so I guess I had to check it out. For the record, Wartile bills itself as a tactical game based around cool-downs, in which you guide a bunch of Vikings. So let's get started immediately, when you start the game you start with some text, dive right into the tutorial, and then you get the hang of it fairly quickly. However, the game is
