Retro Dose #23 - Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive

In today's Retro Dose, we take the law into our own hands so that Desperados reminds us of who in the Wild West was the chief sheriff in the city.We all  once played cowboys and indians when we were kids, but I already see somebody down in the comments immediately jump to tell me how he was not. Anyway, because that is not really what I want to remember today, but a strategic game of the classic spaghetti western that we played in 2001 on the PC. Much like the legendary Commandos, some may even say a shameless copy - Desperados:

Biosupremacy Review

First of all, I don't like this game so if you wanted to hear good stuff about Biosupremacy you will probably be disappointed. So lets start. In BioSupremacy, you play as the last remnant of an archaic alien civilization. A multidimensional being has recovered some ancient DNA allowing him to create powerful creatures that now roam the universe looking to dominate every planet on sight. Your duty is to stop them before they take control of the entire universe! Sounds fun? It isn't.I started the game for the first time - waited 15 minutes for it to load which is unforgivable since

Retro Dose #22 - Aladdin

This time in Retro Dose we will not try to avoid the hellish heat but we will meet it with a great retro title - Aladdin for the Sega Genesis. For some time, players have known that titles based on current movies should be avoided, but that has not always been the case. Thus, the process of adapting popular slots to the growing media of video games was an opportunity that could not be missed. In 1993, from

Miner Meltdown (Developed and published by Mighty Pebble Games Inc) has left Early Access on the 2nd of August and after playing this game for awhile with my friends I think it's time to finally review it.Miner Meltdown is a 2D team-based online competitive multiplayer game. Players must scour the map for minerals, upgrade their gear, and attempt to blow up the opposing team all the while avoiding monsters, traps, and environmental pitfalls along the way. Maybe it sounds like a copy-pasted concept but actually this game is really unique - I've never played something like it. It's strangely addicting and

Captain Kaon Review

Hello again Opium Pulses. I'm here to review the game "Captain Kaon". I had a lot of fun with this one. I had actually downloaded a pre-alpha of this game from itch.io before it got it's Steam release. There is quite a lot to go about describing exactly what this game is in it's entirety, which i WILL cover throughout this review but for now, the Story, and features as per the Steam store page. About This Game:Captain Kaon is a retro twin-stick gravity shooter inspired by 1980s classics such as Thrust and Gravitar. Captain Kaon brings the vector graphics of
