What is to GemCraft - Frostborn Wrath? Do you like TD(Tower defence) games? Do you like watching monster turn to blood? Do you like gems shooting acid?

Just getting started!

The Story: There isn’t much of a story, you are a wizard who’s been locked in a frozen prison and you must regain your knowledge of wizardry.

 Making my self stronger

What is GemCraft - Frostborn Wrath but more in depth? GemCraft is a tower defence game where you craft gems to fight monsters and you can combine gems into each other giving them 2 effects but with a debuff or combine to upgrade your gems tier.

Just getting ready for a attack.

The Mechanics: In GemCraft - Frostborn Wrath there are quite a few gems to get that all do different things like the pink gems ignores armour, green gems inflict acid, orange steals mana and blue slows the enemy down there are more but you can find them your self as it will spoil it massively, there is a skill shop where you can spend skill points and gain buffs or save them for mana where 144 unspent skill points can equal 300 mana so you can place more towers. In GemCraft you can place walls down to cut a lane off or a way they can get to your base quickly but this all cost mana and mana is your life when it reaches 0 its level failed and you have to start the level all again but this adds challenge and also there is a trail/endless mode where you farm XP or just show off how good you are at tower defence games.

Pros:

  • The new update “Chilling” add so much to the game and improves it a lot.

  • Easy to pick up.

  • Difficult.

  • Lots of content and levels.

  • Cheap for whats it comes with.

  • Lots of achievements.

  • Steam cards.

Cons:

  • The talisman is very grindy and sometimes a lot luck is needed.

  • Lots of grinding.

Conclusion:

If you like tower defence games like “Bloon TD” and are looking for more from your tower defence games then this is what you are looking for as it has lots of content things to do and lots of mechanics to learn and master, so if this interest you then check it on -> Steam.
