Kingdom Shell Review
Kingdom Shell is a 2D platformer with pixelated graphics created by the aptly named Cup of Pixels, a solo indie developer in Türkiye. The magical barrier protecting the realm, the "kingdom shell," has been destroyed, allowing a flood of demons in from the outside. Elias, a half-breed with the blood of those same demons flowing through his veins, has been summoned from his imprisonment to help save the kingdom with the offer of freedom as his reward. As Elias, you journey through the land, fighting demons and learning about the kingdom's inhabitants, including information about your own past. The game is spent exploring
Tribe: Primitive Builder Review
It’s no secret that I enjoy casual simulation-style games. Add a good story to that, and I’m pretty much sold.Tribe: Primitive Builder, by Space Boat Studios, starts out with you being exiled from your tribe and you wash up on an island of other exiles. Then you start learning how to survive. The problem is that the volcano is getting temperamental and threatening the lives of everyone there. We need to pull this tribe of misfits into a true tribe that can work and thrive together. When you start out, you are sent to find the Elder. He ensures you get everything

Battlespire Review
Originally intended as an expansion to The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall, the action RPG An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire was released as a standalone game by Bethesda Softworks in 1997. Version 1.5 made its way to GOG in 2015 and Steam in 2022. Notoriously buggy from the moment of its release, and with a combat system where the words "fair" and "balanced" are nowhere to be seen, Battlespire is considered a challenge for Elder Scrolls fans to this day.You play the part of a student entering the Battlespire for a test to become an Imperial Battlemage only to find that the
The Expanse – A Telltale Series Review
You just became the captain of a scavenger spaceship. Supplies are dwindling and you are standing against an enemy much more powerful than you. Will you manage to make the right decisions, to save yourself, your crew, and even more? The Expanse is the first new IP by Telltale Games released after the studio has risen from its grave. The game follows the same Telltale formula as the previous titles. But does it bring something more?Am I welcome here? The game is based on a TV series which is in turn based on books by James S. A. Corey. That begs the question

Thank you. I'm sure you could probably tell from reading the article, but Out of Sight is a game that feels particularly personal for me, partly due to my state while playing it, but also because I had been waiting for a Prey sequel for years and will likely be waiting forever.
I hope I was able to keep my objectivity - I tried!
I would love to return to Prey sometime for a review.
I'll have to see if I can track down a copy when I'm done with my current projects.

As someone who also loved the original Prey but tried hard and failed to enjoy the 2017 release (not a bad game, just not for me), I thought this article was really well written. Maybe one day you'll consider doing a retro review of the original?

UPDATE: There are now 100 products in the Trove. Of course, the majority of these are smaller or novelty titles, as there's no way to purchase OP points and fraud up to now basically cut away the little profit we made from things like quests or ads, they're essentially reskinned giveaways, so there's only so much we can list for "purchase" there.
The store will include both Trove and standard products, so is the place to look for any more premium games you might want - but again, as per the article, this is majorly being stripped back and will hold limited titles moving forward.September 20, 2023 -

The Trove had already been cut back, the store is where the bulk of the work needs to be done as this can't be done automatically like we could with the Trove.
That said, we expect to be able to add more to the Trove once the store work has been completed so it should actually increase a little.

BillyBoBThe trove currently only has 45 articles and it is mostly, let's be fair, random indie games. What is there to cut back on?September 18, 2023

I like this review. Informative, fun, and personal so I really get the feeling of what you thought. I was considering getting this game as I have House Flippers and PC Builder and like this genre. Now after reading this I am definitely putting it on the "TO GET" list.

This honestly just reads like you're salty because it's a difficult game.
This is a 2d rage platformer. No story, nothing too complicated, just simply get from the start to the finish. There are hundreds of games in this category and this is simply the best one.
It's difficult and that's the way it should be. There is nothing this game needs that isn't already here. The only extra "reward" that could be given at the end of a level is simply a good job on your screen.
Don't just go looking for everything "wrong" with the game because it's a little difficult.
