6 Mistakes Blizzard Made When Announcing Diablo Immortal
At BlizzCon this year Blizzard announced Diablo Immortal, a mobile spin-off to be released next year for iOS and Android devices, co-developed by Blizzard themselves and Chinese game developers ‘NetEase’, known mostly for their heavily inspired online mobile games. This announcement didn’t go down very well with fans at all and lead to an explosion of criticism and expression of disappointment by gamers all over the internet. Diablo Immortal likely won’t be a bad title considering its platform; however this isn’t the focus of Blizzard’s community outcry. There’s several reasons people think the reveal was such a disaster, let’s go over some of
Artifact: The Not-Dota-Based Card Game
Artifact was announced in Dota 2's tournament which brought a roller coaster of emotions for most people watching as a new Valve/Dota related announcement was incredibly exciting and surprising and yet it was a card game, but card games are quite popular and can be quite fun so players started to think about: "What a Dota Card Game would be like?" Well with Artifact now coming out soon and streams and videos of it being broadcast into the wild, the game's own description states "based upon the universe of Dota 2" but is it? it seems as if the game is a
Which MOBA Should I Play?
MOBAs to those who haven’t played can feel like an impenetrable and mysterious world, belonging to e-sports tournaments and those without jobs. And while it most certainly is the exact flavour of tea that many from those groups crave, it isn’t entirely inaccessible to those new to the genre.I should start by saying I’m a Heroes of the Storm guy, I love the blizzard universe and I enjoy the simplicity and tongue in cheek personality of it. I hate the item management, last hit farming, lack of team levelling and brutal toxicity from the likes of Defense of the Ancients 2
The History of Rockstar & How Their Games Began
We all know the Rockstar name, logo and the various larger than life video games they’ve brought to us over the years, but with such a long, deep and in some places, complicated history – how many of you know how it all began and how it became it be?Rockstar, the publisher behind the studios that brought us titles in series such as Grand Theft Auto, Midnight Club, Max Payne, Manhunt, Red Dead, Bully and L.A. Noire (many of which were born from once independent development teams) – has a rich history, and we’re here to tell it the best we
Our Time at EGX 2018
Once again we find ourselves at EGX. This year 3 members of the OP team went, and here are our thoughts:LEWISSo another year at EGX, and I still can't help but moan about the boring and uncreative art used at the entrance of EGX. A couple of shapes changed position and background patterns slightly changed up, but largely the same mundane and uninspiring signage. In no way does it get you excited for the event when you walk through what is essentially a large empty hall with nothing more than one large screen advertising a couple of the games at the

Thank you. I'm sure you could probably tell from reading the article, but Out of Sight is a game that feels particularly personal for me, partly due to my state while playing it, but also because I had been waiting for a Prey sequel for years and will likely be waiting forever.
I hope I was able to keep my objectivity - I tried!
I would love to return to Prey sometime for a review.
I'll have to see if I can track down a copy when I'm done with my current projects.

As someone who also loved the original Prey but tried hard and failed to enjoy the 2017 release (not a bad game, just not for me), I thought this article was really well written. Maybe one day you'll consider doing a retro review of the original?

UPDATE: There are now 100 products in the Trove. Of course, the majority of these are smaller or novelty titles, as there's no way to purchase OP points and fraud up to now basically cut away the little profit we made from things like quests or ads, they're essentially reskinned giveaways, so there's only so much we can list for "purchase" there.
The store will include both Trove and standard products, so is the place to look for any more premium games you might want - but again, as per the article, this is majorly being stripped back and will hold limited titles moving forward.September 20, 2023 -

The Trove had already been cut back, the store is where the bulk of the work needs to be done as this can't be done automatically like we could with the Trove.
That said, we expect to be able to add more to the Trove once the store work has been completed so it should actually increase a little.

BillyBoBThe trove currently only has 45 articles and it is mostly, let's be fair, random indie games. What is there to cut back on?September 18, 2023

I like this review. Informative, fun, and personal so I really get the feeling of what you thought. I was considering getting this game as I have House Flippers and PC Builder and like this genre. Now after reading this I am definitely putting it on the "TO GET" list.

This honestly just reads like you're salty because it's a difficult game.
This is a 2d rage platformer. No story, nothing too complicated, just simply get from the start to the finish. There are hundreds of games in this category and this is simply the best one.
It's difficult and that's the way it should be. There is nothing this game needs that isn't already here. The only extra "reward" that could be given at the end of a level is simply a good job on your screen.
Don't just go looking for everything "wrong" with the game because it's a little difficult.
